MS. CLARA ATSANGA

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kabarak University and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Ms. Atsanga was admitted to the Bar in 2023 and in that time has acquired broad legal experience having worked at various law firms across the country, including Wandabwa Advocates. She is well versed in legal and regulatory compliance, and is an LLM Candidate. He is currently a member Law Society of Kenya in good standing.

KEY ROLES:

• Attending Court proceedings to represent the Firm’s Clients in legal disputes and obtaining Rulings and Judgements in their favour.
• Drafting the pleadings and applications in employee union cases, civil disputes and criminal cases.
• Undertaking Conveyancing transactions, from transaction guidance to completion for sale of land in Nairobi and Machakos Counties.
• Providing legal advisory in form of written briefs as well as in-person advise to walk-in clients.
• Attending to and draftting Scopes of Work, Client Agreements, Memorandums of Association for Retainer Clients.
